Not only do I think this is ridiculous, but this person is crazy. Every human being should know the way technology evolves. A friend of mine bought an iBook less than 3 months later the MacBooks came out maybe she should sue. Technology will always continue evolving at a fast pace, people must be prepared to deal with losses or don't buy into the new technology the day or week it comes out.
